Continuing East on Jimmy Deloach past the Hunt Club, will take you to the Farm being built by D.R. Horton on your left. The Farm is a gated community that was built around Morgan Lake, a 60 acre lake.
They have 20 floor plans to choose from including plans for their townhomes. The prices are starting in the 140's for townhomes and 150's for single family homes. The theme is represented throughout the community with silos, plows, and the huge barn, which is the clubhouse.
They have their own fitness center, basketball courts, tennis courts, playground, swimming pool, boat landing, and a community dock. They are set to build a little over 300 homes.
